We provide both raw and edited content, plus music links, making sharing effortless. Travel within 100 km of Ottawa or Vancouver is always included.

Meet Emily
A few years ago, I created Seven to Sunday, an organic social media and content agency, and parent company to The Social BTS.
With over a decade of experience creating content for some of the most recognizable brands in the lifestyle and self-care space — Grown Alchemist, Saltyface, Blume, and more — my work has helped clients earn features in Goop, Elle, Bustle, and Fashion Magazine.
For more than five years, I’ve watched the wedding world up close through my partner’s career as a wedding photographer, learning that the best moments are often the ones in between. Since capturing my first wedding in 2023, I’ve helped couples relive their favourite memories through elevated, behind-the-scenes wedding content.
